21/07/21 - WE ARE CLOSED!!

Unfortunately, we are reeling from this current change as much as you! But due to the recent lockdown from 21/07/21 we have been deemed NOT ESSENTIAL and as such we have been forced to close our doors for the 7 day lockdown until 28/07/21. Please be patient as this is completely out of our control - we do believe we are essential but SA Health does not agree, and we will be given a very large fine if we were to open illegally.

We are completely booked out until September so you can understand our frustration about all this! But rest assured, we will do our absolute BEST to try and fit the cancelled furbabies in ASAP - we may have to open on different days to make it work but we understand you are frustrated too.

Please stay safe, be patient, and email or leave a message if you have any queries. We will be in touch closer to the 28th in case there are any changes in the Covid lockdown situation.

31/08/20 - WE ARE OPEN!

Wow it's a scary time! We hope everyone and their families are keeping safe at this time!

​

Just an update for our customers - it looks like we are free of the worst of it and we are open as usual. We have a slightly different procedure in place for pickup/drop off (read below) but we are business as usual now! We are no longer asking you to remove your dog/s collar and lead but you can if you wish too. 

​

We have also added the ability to download a new client form and fill in at home and then either email it back or upload it via our forms page. You can also upload your dog's current vaccination certificate there too! Go to forms page

We ask that clients who have travelled interstate or overseas, or who are showing any flu/cold like symptoms or who have been in contact with someone who has either of these, to please remain home in isolation and book in for when you are cleared. This is in line with current Government regulations.

FOR DROP OFF

- Having only one customer in the waiting room at any time. If you arrive and see another customer checking in/out, please wait outside until they have left. We will be keeping the door locked. Please leave any other people with you in the car or at home.

FOR PICK UP

- No customer is permitted to come BEFORE they have been called for pickup. If you want to check if your dog is finished, then please call, do not show up unannounced.
- We will ask you to make payment before collecting your dog out of their 'room'.

​

Between each customer we will disinfectant the door handle, the door bell, the gate latches and the EFTPOS machine for your safety. We will also ensure we wipe down front counter and all other surfaces with a high grade disinfectant.

We will also have hand sanitiser on the counter should anyone require it.

​

If you are immune compromised please consider asking someone else to bring your dog in or call us beforehand to discuss with us about retrieving your pooch from your car.

​

AND PLEASE IMPORTANTLY be patient throughout this ordeal! We are trying our best as everyone is but we may not be able to answer the phone or emails as quickly as usual, please do not show up to the salon or become aggressive - we are doing the best we can! Aggression towards staff members will not be tolerated and you will not be permitted to attend our salon.

We will keep you further updated if there are anymore changes or closures.

In the meantime please everyone keep safe, calm and as positive as possible! And enjoy the extra cuddles with your furbabies while we are all spending more time at home!
